It was clean and comfortable room.

Location was really bad , staff disturbed my sleep from early morning everyday just to ask about payment ! No fridge was in the room so u can't keep any fresh food in the room . Hot water was warm and not hot for more than 3,4 minutes...

Enjoyed a night close by the train station which was easy to get to and from Churchgate and the airport. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached served delicious food at a reasonable price. Very accommodating for a short notice booking after another hotel cancelled on us upon arrival.

Too many mosquitos in the room for our liking given there weren't any windows. Room was slightly smaller than others.

Convenient location for Bandra Terminal station was we were on a late evening arrival. So booked it for that reason. Bedding was clean, room was average. Shower only got warm and not hot.

Would not accept non-Indian cards, so we had to pay in staff. Manager was a bit abrupt with us. paid in cash. asked for a receipt four times before finally being given an invoice. Today I have had an email from Booking.com saying the hotel said we didn’t stay ? Presume hotel are trying to get more money.So glad I managed to get invoices to prove we stayed and paid them. Overall I think we should have stayed somewhere else and just arrived later.

Food is tolerable

They cheated me of my refund money now if I ask them they are saying management changed. Employee Who assured that my money will be returned is not even picking my call now. Don’t trust them with cleanliness, they gave blanket with holes. They said refund will be made and now the show attitude and rudely talks as if do what ever u want. I still am calling everyday to get my money back yet not one person will respond back and they’ll give some random number and say talk to him he’s our manager. Extremely disappointed and helpless as I lost my money.

My worst stay during my (so far)4 months travel around Asia, really horrible experience, STAY AWAY!

- most important: I got food poisoning from the hotels kitchen after eating their kebab for dinner , spent 2 days on a toilet/ in bed - location is horrible: the hotel is in a slum area, filthy smelly street full of garbage- the normal room was tiny, the deluxe room was spaceous but without window, horribly humid and horrible air- both types of room had almost no place for my clothes, one silly drawer- room decoration feels like a bathroom- breakfast choice is terrible, cant even bring me a toast only a very poor indian breakfast- they dont even provide a toilet paper, only some rough tissues…had to go out to buy one- for the price of 4000 rup per night you can find a decent place, this is a dump

Main pros is that:It's near the railway station.There is a family restorant in a hotel with giant portions of food.Small convenient and modern rooms.Benevolent personnel.

Location is a great negative and plus it's more like a transit hotel where people stay for few hours and leave.

The Hotel canceled our reservation 2 Hours before arrival in Mumbai. Since we arrived at 2 am in the Morning and all other hotels were full, we didn‘t find another room for the Night so we couldn‘t sleep at all that night - After 15 hours of flight really annoying! The Hotel didnt give us any appropriate reason, just told us that now they were completely booked. We could only assume thats how they run their business : take reservations on booking.com and when you arrive late at Night they just give away your room to other guests who arrive earlier and then cancel your reservation. So be aware that a reservation on booking.com means nothing to this Hotel! Very bad experience

Location of the hotel is not ideal for a tourist. Even though there is a train station nearby, it is located in a slum area with no parking space.

Hopeless, Behavior of Front Desk very bad. When we went, they simply refused our booking & said we have no berth. We forgot to close the inventory & now we do not have space. After that he excuse of payment but i object it because we have secured the payment with credit card so he could not refuse on this ground. Not recommendable at all.

The hotel were clean and the staff were indeed good, value for money.

The staff were indeed good other than one particular guy who received us during the time of check in. He seems unwelcoming to us. Did not address my concern properly. And the coffee could be better.

The staff is very friendly, and Mr.Sanjay is very cooperative, he also give us free early check-in. But also all the staff is very friendly and co-operative.The room are also good and comfortable.

We stayed here over weekend and it was a memorable stay. Everything was perfect. Full marks for hygiene, seamless check in, ambience, polite staff who is always there to help you. Stunning location, marvellous place, pleasant stay, clean hygienic and premises.We got welcomed and treated very generously and friendly.

Everything is worst suggest other travelers don't stay at this property Reception person very Rude treat like we are asking to free stay .room are very bad and smells. there is lot of hair on bed sheet .when we ask to change bed sheet Reception person angry on us .really bad luck for us to choose this hotel this is a couple meet Hotel .Family can't stay at this type Hotel .we book this hotel for 2 days but we canceled next day by 9am booking .because of Reception rude and Room bad we check out 10am next day after that Hotel charges us check out day al so charges we pay 2100 extra without stay . I suggest other people don't choose this hotel
